Product Care

How should I clean and care for my waist trainer?

✅ Do's

1) Hand wash your waist trainer with detergent in lukewarm water. 

2) Rub off any dirt or sweat marks. 

3) Squeeze the water out. 

4) Dry your waist trainer indoors. 

❌ Don'ts:

1) Do not machine wash. 

2) Do not wring your waist trainer as this might damage the steel bones. 

3) Do not dry it directly under sunlight as this might damage the latex. 

How should I clean and care for my shapewear?

✅ Do's: 

1) You're strongly recommended to hand wash your shapewear with detergent in lukewarm/cold water. 

2) You can machine wash your shapewear but it's best to put it in a wash bag first and choose the lightest wash cycle for delicate fabrics. 

3) Hang it to dry either indoors or outdoors.

❌ Don't's: 

1) Do not use a dryer to dry it.

Shipping and Tracking

How long does shipping take?

🚛. For all local orders within Singapore:
- It will take 1-3 working days to process your orders. You will receive a tracking code once it's ready to be shipped out. Thereafter, it will take 1-3 working days for your order to reach you.

- Orders are shipped daily from Monday to Friday excluding weekends, public holidays, and the eve of public holidays. We ship via Qxpress in Singapore. 

🛫 For worldwide orders from The Rest of The World during the 11.11 Sale:
- Delivery will take 4-7 business days after you've received your order confirmation e-mail. 

- Orders are shipped daily from Tuesday to Friday excluding weekends, public holidays, and the eve of public holidays. We ship via DHL Express (International).


- Please ensure that someone is at home for the next 3 days once your order is shipped out to receive your parcel.
- In case the first delivery fails, don't worry! Our delivery partners will attempt to redeliver your parcel up to 3 times.

How much are the international shipping rates?

All shipping rates are provided  live by the carrier. As these rates are directly from the shipping carriers, we have no control over the shipping rates.

Each carrier will have a different rate.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Sorry! We don't ship to PO boxes at this moment.

How do I find my tracking code?

Your tracking code will be e-mailed to you. If you do not receive any tracking details within 3 working days from the order date, please reach out to us via email Take note that you might not be able to locate your parcel immediately after receiving your tracking code. Our partners will require sometime to register your shipment status.

I haven't received my order. What do I do?

Hmm, does the tracking says it's delivered? Try checking for any parcels placed outside your door i.e. in your shoe racks, bicycle basket, cupboards, letterbox.

If you still haven't found it, please e-mail us at immediately. We'll work to get to the bottom of this!

Nobody was at home to collect my order. Will it be re-delivered?

In the case of a failed delivery, our local delivery partners in your country will attempt to re-deliver the parcel on the following day.

There will be a total of 3 re-delivery attempts before the parcel is sent back to us. We will automatically process a refund once the item(s) reaches back to our fulfilment centre.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange my order after receiving it?

Exchanges is currently only available for orders within Singapore due to our logistics capabilities.

For local orders within Singapore:

Request for exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days upon receiving your order. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Products should not have any smell, creases or tears. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For worldwide orders from The Rest of The World:

No exchanges for orders from out of Singapore. We only accept returns.

Changing or cancelling Order

How do I change/cancel my order?

Contact us immediately within 3 hours of placing your order. E-mail us at with

(b) reason for changing/cancelling your order.

I accidentally keyed in the wrong/incomplete address when I checked out. What do I do?

Please reach out to us immediately. E-mail us at with your order number and the correct address.

Once item is shipped out from our warehouse, we are unable to change the address. But it's not the end of the world! Please reach out to us so we could work it out with our shipping agents.

We accept debit and credit card payments: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

For local orders within Singapore, we additionally accept payments via Atome and GrabPay.

What is the Recycling Rebate?

Waistlab is currently transitioning to a more eco-friendly company, and we hope to give back to the environment to the best of our abilities. We understand that after many of you successfully downsize, your previous waist trainer will not be used.

Let us help by gifting you a discount on the spot when you come over to warehouse, while we recycle the waist trainer’s parts after you bring it back to us.

How do I participate in your Recycling Rebate?

1) Please DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp +65 9852 5456 for an appointment before making your way to the warehouse.

We are located at 1093 Lower Delta Road 03-11 Singapore 169204.

2) Bring your Waistlab waist trainer that you wish to recycle. Please prepare your order number as well. 

Important points to note: 

- Only waist trainers bought  from Waistlab after June 2019 are eligible for the Recycling Rebate. 

- You will need to trade-in for a new waist trainer on the spot. 

- Recycling Rebate is not applicable for Waistlab Wear or waist trainers not from Waistlab.

How much is the discount?

It will be $5 off for every waist trainer that you trade in. Please note that you’ll have to purchase a new waist trainer at the same time that you’ll be trading in. 

Can I just mail my old waist trainer to you guys instead and get the discount code?

You'll only be able to enjoy the rebate if you book an appointment at our warehouse.
